Our manufacturing lead times for customized products typically range from 2-4 working days from the date of your order. While rare, some orders may require up to 3-4 days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3-7 days, depending on your area and pin code.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a note for you to arrange re-delivery or to pick up your parcel from their location.

If you purchase multiple items in a single transaction, we will consolidate them into one shipment. The delivery date will be based on when all the products are ready to ship.

We use reputable courier companies that are fully insured and reliable to deliver all our products. We prioritize quality over quantity and offer shipping rates that are significantly lower than those of other companies.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen issues with courier services or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced.

• Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage and send it to rajacrylics21@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

3. Refund Issuance: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Items that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products that are damaged due to customer handling.

• Items without proper proof of damage (unboxing video).

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

• If the refund does not reflect in your account, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
